PROPOSAL
Here I'll outline the project for you to accept.
DEPOSIT
I take a 50% deposit. Usually commissions take about 2 months to start once the lumber has acclimated.
DESIGN
All my designs are one-off and original- Tailored to suit your space and aesthetic.
BUILD
Projects vary, but typically take 3-4 weeks to construct. The heavy lifting is done with power tools, but all fit and finnesse is meticulously crafted by hand.
I WANT TO GIVE EVERY PROJECT MY UNDIVIDED ATTENTION. WITH CURRENT LEAD TIMES, I'M PLACING INQUIRIES ON A WAITLIST. I'LL CONFIRM YOUR PLACEMENT WITH A BALLPARK AND REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $100.

Any other plans going to be put up for sale? I am interested in your Walnut Valet would love to build one..
My demographic of "older" people are not doing well at 9%!! What's wrong with them. I'm one of them and can say this. Must be traditionalist, not that there is anything wrong with that. That being said, love the videos.
